Terms and Conditions
1. Delivery: Delivery will be made within 14 days from the date of order confirmation.
2. Warranty: All cookware sold is covered by SaladMaster’s manufacturer warranty.
3. Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of product, provided the cookware is unused and in its original packaging. May be subject to 15% restocking fee.
4. Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
5. Taxes: Total purchase price will include all applicable taxes.
6. Shipping: Shipping can be made available upon buyer’s request and at buyer’s expense.
Terms of Sale
Delivery: Seller shall deliver the Goods to Buyer, at Buyers expense, at an agreed date between Seller and Buyer.
Title and Risk of Loss: Title to the Goods shall pass to Buyer upon delivery. Risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to Buyer upon delivery.
Return Policy
Buyer has the right to return the Goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the Goods are in their original condition and packaging.
To exercise the right of return, Buyer must notify Seller in writing within the 14-day period and arrange for the return of the Goods to Seller at Buyer's expense.
Upon receipt of the returned Goods in satisfactory condition, Seller shall refund to Buyer the purchase price, less 15% restocking fee, paid for the Goods, less any shipping costs incurred by Seller.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Goods, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Seller be liable to Buyer or any third party for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Goods.
Sales and Delivery Process
Our Consultant will present and demonstrate selected Saladmaster cookware products and healthy living cooking system to you. Should you choose to make a purchase, the Consultant will create a Sales Order which will be sent to you via email or mobile device where you will be able to complete the purchase. Upon successful payment, your Consultant will arrange a delivery appointment for the products purchased. Ownership of the products is transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery. A delivery checklist will be completed and signed by the Consultant and Customer. Warranty is provided solely by Saladmaster.
